You will receive a call from our team and an email to set up a delivery time window that works for you.
The delivery team will place the ThermaPod anywhere in the home that has access to power. They will unpack the ThermaPod and connect all the hoses the to the chiller. However, they will not fill up the pod with water and they will not help you connect the chiller to the app, but it’s super easy!
